We are seeking a Senior Scientist to participate in the cultivation of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms. This position requires demonstrated experience in the field of hydrocarbon degradation and a deep understanding of the microbial physiology and ecology of hydrocarbon-associated biotopes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing microbial cultivation strategies either by using traditional approaches but most importantly by developing novel cultivation methods. Additional duties include the coordination between different teams in the organization and some supervision and management to ensure the fulfillment of project goals. A high degree of innovation is essential.
